Can I stay in the house while you rewire?
Usually, yes. We stage the work so you keep power where we can, and we plan the runs to keep the mess down. For a full rewire there'll be some disruption, but we work around you and tell you up front what to expect room by room.
Will you wreck my walls?
Not if we can help it. We fish wire through wall cavities and under floors where we can. Where we can't, we cut cleanly and coordinate any patching with your plasterer. No random holes, no botched fixes.
What if there's asbestos?
Common in older Whanganui villas. We identify it early during the site visit, work around it safely, and bring in licensed asbestos removal if the job needs it. Same for old ceiling insulation.
Do I have to rewire the whole house at once?
