Will you hold up my build?
No. Builders rebook us precisely because we turn up when we say and hit our stages. We slot into the programme and keep the other trades moving, not the other way round.
Can I plan for a heat pump, EV charger or solar now?
Yes. Better to provision now than retrofit later. We build in the cabling, the board capacity and the circuits for future loads at pre-wire, so adding them later is a fit-off job, not a rewire.
Do you work with my builder or do I organise it?
Either. Your builder can bring us in, or you can. Once we're on the job we deal with the builder direct so you're not managing the coordination.
